We offer renovated and fully equipped studios for your holiday.

Whether 1 week, 1 month or 1 year – with us you can book exactly the period you want. For long-term rentals of up to a year and longer we can offer our apartments at special rates.

All our studios have exactly the same equipment and furnishings, including a well-equipped fitted kitchen to European standards.

Depending on availability, you can choose between two furnishing styles:

  • Studio A – modern furnishings in beige and cream
  • Studio B – modern furnishings in brown and white

Room furnishings & equipment

Air conditioning and a fan, a large king-size bed (with terry blankets and a quilt) as well as hand towels and bath towels (four of each) are part of the equipment, as are a 42″ flat-screen TV and a large safe.

NEW: Thanks to the TV Box from EuroTV Asia you can now enjoy all German, Austrian and Swiss TV channels during your holiday as well.

Quilts

All studios have a cosy dining area of European size.

An iron, an ironing board and of course a hairdryer are also provided and save you valuable space in your luggage.

Fitted kitchens

From the ceramic hob with extractor hood to the fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine to the frying pan and saucepan, nothing is missing here. Glasses, crockery and cutlery are provided four of each.

Bathroom

The bathrooms are tiled in light colours and equipped with a granite washstand and a rain shower.

Water and electricity lines are properly concealed in the walls, and there is plenty of shelf space for your toiletries.

Large bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, bed linen, blankets and much more are available to our guests free of charge.

Balcony and balcony furniture

All balconies are fully tiled; clean, functional seating invites you to linger and enjoy the view.

A large drying rack for your towels and swimwear is of course also provided.

Internet & TV

Our own secure internet network allows unlimited surfing on the web at top speeds.

German, Austrian and Swiss television as well as Sky Sport are available on an on-demand basis through our partner Euro TV Asia (all programmes of the past two weeks can be called up).

Both the internet and the complete TV programme are of course free of charge for our guests.
