The following prices apply to the high season from 1 October to 31 March. We will gladly send you offers for the low season from 1 April to 30 September on request.

Fully furnished with new air conditioning, king-size bed, dining area, flat-screen TV, safe, balcony furniture, bed linen, bath towels and blankets. European television and fast internet are included in the price.

Renovated two-room apartments with modern bathrooms, fully equipped fitted kitchen and balcony

Living room with integrated, fully equipped fitted kitchen, washing machine and balcony. Bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, desk and balcony.
Fully furnished with new air conditioning, king-size bed, dining area, flat-screen TV, safe, balcony furniture, bed linen, bath towels and blankets. European television and fast internet are included in the price.

* Our weekly all-round service and the complete final cleaning of the condo are already included in the rental price.

The weekly cleaning of your condo includes changing all bed linen, blankets and bath towels. Fresh tea towels, washing-up liquid, toilet paper etc. are also regularly included.

* Electricity and water are usually billed separately according to consumption on departure or, for longer bookings, at the end of each month.
